  1. ibu 600mg 4x a day by MOUTH (not pc, its po) and hour of sleep when needed.
  2. The first order does not specify route. Call the doctor for a clarification. Preferably in the middle of the night. (Can you sense the sarcasm?) Of course, ibuprofen is only a po drug, so the answer should be B. I know only of the PDR, but Amazon sells something called GenRx, so it must be real. I guess that answer is D - logically, if B and C are true, then A must also be true. They're not going to set you loose on patients, are they?
